Q: How can I pay my rent online?

A: If you would like to pay your rent online follow the links at the top under Tenants that says Tenant Portal.  From there you can sign-in to your account if you already have a username.  If you haven’t set-up an online account yet go to the link that says Get Started to request a online account activation.  You will need and email address to set-up your account.  Once your request for activation is received it generally takes less than 24 hours to receive the activation link.  

Q: How can I submit a maintenance request?

A: You can submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal at anytime.  See above question on how to access your online portal.  You can also call our maintenance department at anytime by calling 760-241-5995, ext. 32.  If you are having trouble getting through on that line try calling the operator for help.

Q: I moved out of a property, how long does it take to get my deposit back?

A: After you have moved out of one of our properties a statement of charges will be sent to you within 21 days.  Make sure to give your forwarding address to our front desk at the time of move-out or call our office to update your address prior to the 21 day deadline.  All security deposit information is sent by mail.  You may receive an estimated disposition of charges if the final bills have not come in to our office prior to the 21 day deadline.  If this is the case a final disposition will be produced as soon as the last bill has been received by our office. 

Q: How can I add a Pet to my rental agreement?

A: Not all of our properties are pet friendly.  Contact one of our rental supervisor’s to inquire if the property you live in accepts pets.  If it does the supervisor will run you through the process of getting you pet approved.  Visit our rental properties tab to see our current pet policy.  

Q: How can I add an adult occupant to my lease?

A: If you would like to inquire about adding someone to your rental agreement contact one of our rental supervisors.  All additional residents over the age of 18 will be subject to submitting an application and being approved through our normal application policies.  Contact one of our rental supervisors to find out more about this process.
